Robam has its own Service network in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad but working with “Authorized Service Centres“ as well on national basis .

As per SOP , Centrally receiving Customer Complaints at Head Office through  Cell # 0308-477 477 5 & contacting Customer  within 01 hour after receiving the Complaint . Complaint attending Time is within 24 Hours maximum in major cities. Taking customer’s feedback through CIC staff concerning satisfactory performance of their products after repairs.  We also claim Robam’s After Sale Services as No.1 in Pakistan.
